Cancellation Policy 

WeCare4Feet value the health and wellbeing of all patients as well as everyone's time, therefore, it is important for you to keep to your scheduled appointment. if you need to cancel or change your appointment we would ask you to do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

GDPR

We collect data from you to meet mandatory requirements regarding medical notes. There is a legal requirement to keep medical notes for a period of time after treatment.
This can vary in length depending on your age and ability to consent but will be for a minimum of seven years after your last visit. When you have an appointment with WeCare4Feet you will be asked to complete a patient registration form, which includes, medical history and current medication list, a data consent as well as a consent to treatment form. These forms will be kept as records at the business location in a secure locked office storage. All forms are mandatory in order to provide the necessary treatment.
